Unbeatable quality and service. The guys in the shop were very helpful and friendly. They provide a free consultation/quote/measuring service and a wide range of materials. No pressure in choosing samples of different price points. The service was tailor made and incredibly fast from ordering to fitting! I would definitely recommend. Blinds were bespoke for each window frame. Different fabrics in the same colour and matching texture were used throughout to incorporate both black out blinds and light blinds where needed. The different samples matched perfectly for the different rooms making the whole house have a cohesive and unified feel. I will be using Harwich Blinds and shutters in the future without a doubt and have recommended them to both family and friends.

Came before Christmas still no blinds appalling customer service I have spoken on the phone have emailed and popped in to the shop last promise was fitting 14th April Easter no further communication very sad I like to use local business but this won’t be one of them.

Chris provided great service from start to finish. Fantastic quality blind, Ideal colour and classy material, really different from your average Roman blind. Excellent workmanship. Fitted efficiently and quickly. Would really recommend.

Great customer service from Chris and his team, nothing too much bother. Chris was happy to bring samples to our home as one person shielding. On day of fitting they went that extra mile to make sure we were happy with our blinds. Would definitely recommend. Didn't even take full payment until after fitting. 5star company. Thank you

Great service from start to finish. Huge range of blinds and fabrics and Chris was very helpful and informative about the products. Nothing was too much trouble and we never felt under any pressure either to purchase or choose what we wanted after we had decided to go ahead to buy. Fitting was superb and very efficient. After visiting their superb showroom, Chris took the time to discuss various options available. Pleased with the professional consultation, I tasked the team to provide a full set of blinds for the entire bungalow. The conservatory is a ‘lean to’ so when the blinds were fitted to the windows correctly, they also appeared to be ‘leaning’. I therefore asked if Chris could tweak the bar to work with the incling roof, rather than the windows, thus creating an optical illusion that the blinds were straight. Of course this was out of specification and policy but nothing was too much trouble for Chris, and at no extra cost, he accomadated this request and as a result, the blinds look amazing. I receive endless compliments.Chris epitomises great customer service, so very pleasant in nature and clearly puts the customer at the heart of everything he does. He is extremely knowledgable, so you can trust his expertise. I found, just because the showroom is shut some days, he is always just a phone call away and always responds promptly.I would love to see Chris and his team expand by offering more soft furnishings to complete the desired look and turn any house into a dream home.Small businesses need our support more than ever now and I wouldnt hesitate in recommending Harwich Blinds. The blinds are quality, but the service that comes with them, is first class, you wont be disappointed.

Went to Harwich Blinds and Shutters as they were a local company however they failed to turn up to measure for blinds when they stated they would. Contacted them next day to find out why and was told someone would get back to us to re arrange but they never did. Hardly a glowing example of a reliable efficient company.

Sorry to say I wouldn't recommend this company or the joker running it . Broken promises and lies, so cancelled my order. Found a company in Great Oakley CHARLOTTE BRISCOE INTERIORS. polite and efficient service

Want the whole house done. Came and measured up then nothing heard since. Guess I’ll now have to try elsewhere.
