Roger Young Land Rover, Plymouth

I would just like to say how very pleased i am with the help and great service that all the chaps in the parts department ie Paul, Chris , Brian, Martin, and others i have spoken too, just to name a few. they are all so helpful. and because i live in Norfolk and can't collect any parts ( too far to travel ) they always send them by post or Courier. i also like the way that once the parts have been delivered to them they phone me and i can pay them on my debit card and i receive it next day. One dealership near me will not send any items , it's a collection only. the other dealership near me is a bit too far but i have collected from them in the past.Keep up the good work and i'm sure customers like me will always return.Kind regards Clive. We towed our caravan down to Devon and developed a suspension problem. The service director at Roger Young advised us that it was not safe to drive. Due to our difficult situation he squeezed us in within two days fixed the problem and presented us with a restored clean and shiny car at a reasonable cost and earlier than we had anticipated. Outstanding service.

10/10 for the service provided, made the whole experience in purchasing a vehicle so easy, straightforward and stress free. A massive shout out to Britney, cannot thank her enough. She went way & beyond, she kept in contact throughout the process, updated when needed & provided all documents I required straightway. It was 300+ miles away from me but it worth journey. The drivers seat was slightly damaged which I did get a quote from a private company but Britney surprised me sorting the seat for me. I will definitely using Roger Young in the future. Just like to share my experience with the service dept at Roger Young .I had a difficult situation with a warranty issue from the company I bought my Discovery Sport from , but thanks to Susan in the service dept it got resolved effectively and quicky .So just like to say thank you to Susan for going the extra mile and I highly recommend Roger Young for their customer service .
