Excellent service from Richard Greer. We had an old boiler that had a history of issues and breakdowns so we decided to have it ripped out and have a new one fitted. After years of having numerous plumbing and heating engineers out to our home, that weren't very informative, Richard was recommended to me by a friend. He came out to my property, analysed the situation with my boiler and gave us options and quotes. We booked Richard in to get the a new boiler fitted and he sorted it in a day. He was friendly, approachable and informative. Even ensured we tested the thermostat while he was there so that we understood what the buttons and display meant along with what the dials meant on the boiler. It's been a month since we had the Baxi fitted by Richard and we noticed a leak from one of our radiators that was throwing the pressure off the boiler. Richard popped by and fixed the issue pronto. Thank you for your service Richard, will definitely recommend you to friends and family.

What a guy, Richard came & did a revamp on my bathroom, when my builder let me down, been waiting 3 months, Rich did it in 3 weeks & £2,000 cheaper and two weeks before my old builder said he would finish. When my boiler and central heating system packed up, called Rich he tried to get it working again on two occasions. Only thing for it, all new system, Rich came over replaced all rads, pipework & boiler with new state of the art system. Very impressed with his work & knowledge. Five Stars
