Never sent anyone round to measure up before fitment took it from my sales leaflet for my house, as a result not enough carpet for the job and no more in stock. Under estimation of the fitting charge as it was measured up when the carpet fitters arrived.So as a result the bill kept going up from what was on my invoice as a result of the salesmans incompetence, so be careful as what you see may not be what you end up paying, as a result I would not use them again.Carpet fitters job was very good and I'm very happy with the job though.

Fantastic service as usual. From lockdown re-opening the Grimsby Store have been fab Everything from coming out to measure assistance choosing a carpet and the fitting today 23-07-20 of our Hall stairs and landing have been Amazing Thanks Guys for another brilliant job wouldnt go anywhere else

Fantastic service. Staff at the Grimsby store have been outstanding and have gone above and beyond for us. We hit a couple of minor issues (Not the shop’s fault) & they have been very professional in resolving it. The local fitters they use did a brilliant job, made light work of the rooms & were in and out within a couple of hours. Good selection of quality carpets competitively priced. We could not recommend the Grimsby store enough!

Staff in shop perfect. Got a call on fitting day to say no fitter available. She managed to get someone. He come no glue for grippers. So layed no grippers. Asked him to add a small piece of carpet in my cupboard which he said no he had no time. But wud of had time after not having to put down grippers. He drabk enough coffee to say so aswell. I oayed for the e whole room not just the bedroom. Very stressful until layed

Had a carpet fitted just this afternoon and was left with large amounts of waste including aerosol cans and carpet cardboard tubes. Didn’t change all of the strips from hard floor to carpet. When contacted they lied on the phone about waste removal licenses.All round bad service
