Highly recommend, booked for a joint baby shower and the quality of her work is amazing!! Paige was absolutely lovely too and so accommodating to our needs. She even travelled way out of area and adapted the layout to suit the pregnant ladies the best she could. Not one negative about the experience, will for sure be booking in the future! xx

I was so happy with everything! They definately exceeded my expectations. The staff were so helpful and were even kind enough to let us hire out their services for an additional day. Paige did an incredible job doing the event styling for our wedding. She was really easy to work with before the day and went above and beyond in trying to make sure we were happy with all the details. On the day, she did an incredible job of styling both the ceremony and the wedding breakfast with the blue theme we wanted. It looked better than we had imagined. She also helped put out our name cards and wedding favours which weren't part of her styling which was really appreciated. Thank you Paige for helping to make our day special.

Absolutely appalling service, I called late one evening to plan a birthday party for my daughter. No wrong intention there, a woman picks up the phone sounding hoarse like she had just woken up. For a 24 hour service not very professional and instantly disappointing!!! I asked politely after several ‘hello’s’ to wake the sleepy head up if I could plan a party with them (since that’s literally what they do) and had the phone HUNG UP!!! How dare she extraordinarily rude in my opinion. I called back again to see if maybe the phone cut off but was instantly put to answer machine, how rude!! I would give 0 stars but that isn’t an option.Updated: Some advice, if you or others are not at your phone for 24 hours, don’t put 24 hours onto google. Please be accurate and not misleading it is very unprofessional to respond to calls half asleep. I appreciate we all need rest however putting your business down as 24 hours a day you must expect a call for any of those hours. Please do not share false information.I work a night shift and saw your business was 24 hours and thought this was convenient as my daughter is asleep and i’m up and ready, i’m sorry for any inconvenience but seeing as you have put this information you have to agree that me expecting it to be true isn’t unreasonable.

I booked the Easter tents for my children and it was apsolutely magical! The organisers were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. It certainly made Easter so special and I will definitely be using them again. Thank you Under the Covers Events xxx

We used Under The Covers Events recently for a dinosaur themed sleepover tipi for my son. I can't rave about it enough. They were super responsive with great customer service from start to finish. The set up was quick and professional and looked amazing. My little boy was so excited and it was fantastic value for money. We will 100% use again and would recommend to anyone. We can't wait to have some BBQs in the summer with a little kids tipi corner. Thanks Paige x

We found under the covers events through Instagram and decided to book them for our wedding and we are so glad that we did! Paige was so lovely to work with from the start and couldn’t have been more helpful and responsive. I explained my vision for the day and she took on board everything I said and brought it all to life, without missing out any details. The set up that Paige created for both our ceremony and wedding breakfast helped to set the most lovely, cosy and intimate atmosphere. Everyone commented on how beautifully dressed the venue was. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Paige to anyone and would definitely rebook under the covers events for any future functions. Thank you so much xxx
