Really easy company to deal with, excellent communication.The hot tub was great and easy to use ,would highly recommended this company to anyone.

We hired the Helsinki hot tub from Cinetubs for my daughter's 13th birthday party, as well as a gazebo, fairy lights and some garden games. Emma's communication throughout was excellent, from booking through to setting the equipment up, and then coming to collect it all at the end of the hire period.We loved having the hot tub! It was exactly as described, beautifully clean and very sturdy, and came with full instructions.We were lucky to have it for an extra couple of nights, very kindly given to us free of charge by Cinetubs. Highly recommended.

We hired thru Cinetubs the palm strings hottub and gazabo for the Christmas weekend.. The set up was done very efficiently.. Unfortunately on Christmas eve the hottub started to slowly deflate so after a quick phone call Cinetubs came out at 7pm to patch it up for us... Unfortunately on boxing day it had started to go down again.. I spoke to Emma again and the following day they came out and replaced the tub for the Singapore one and gave us a weeks hire for free... The service we received was second to none, nothing was too much trouble, they were very accommodating, I would highly recommended them, would definitely use Cinetubs again
