I thought that I would be the first to comments about unpleasant lady but there are more bad reviews so clearly there is a problem.I see that lady likes to serve only English clients at post office. If there is any manager who should discuss with her and explain ladythat there are a lot of foreigners in England.Such a person should not work with clients because they have an impact on the image of Post Office and other workers. Very unpleasant experience when I have go to Post Office.

The older woman is incredibly rude. Said that I had to package my items in a box and that a Jiffy bag is against Royal Mail policy. I send hundreds of items a year and have never encountered this problem before.

How was my experience at tuckswood post office? Shocking.The older lady who served me was point blank rude to my face, rolled her eyes due to a mistake I made towards a form that needed posting and over all made me feel stupid for simply wanting to send something off.Reading the other reviews this appears to be a problem that’s needs……’sorting’.

Easy to access and parking just outside so that’s great. However, the staff inside are less than kind and helpful. In fact I think they have forgotten that they are representing a wonderful organisation. They have let the post office down and I hope this review may help encourage further training for these two staff members.

I wish someone would tell the older lady that works here that she can actually resign if she hates her job so much. She is always so miserable, rude and unhelpful. All of the other staff are lovely but she lets them all down with her dour attitude. JUST LEAVE!!

I generally love this post office as the blonde lady and gentleman are so friendly and helpful, however today I visited the post office and was served by the rudest person. This older lady was dismissive, sharp and actually just off. It’s a shame and I know people have their off days but it just affects the reputation of the community post office.
