My partner and I have returned from out first trip to Montenegro, organised by TF Travel.It may have been a package holiday – but it felt like a bespoke experience tailored just for us. Every recommendation from Andy and the team was spot-on.We arrived with eleven other people. As the arrival time was still in the morning, those eleven were all complaining that their rooms were not ready. Meanwhile, ours had early check-in arranged and we were in, unpacked and enjoying our first pina colada before the others had collected their keys.We’d not asked or planned for this, but the team had just arranged this as standard. Who wants to have to sit and wait in a reception area after travelling for 6 hours?When you’re on holiday, you expect for big things to be out of your control (like the weather). So it’s those little things that really make the big difference – for better or for worse.TF Travel ensured that none of those little things became a big thing. It’s as if they pre-empted what might be an annoyance, and nipped it in the bud before we even noticed.It’s this attention to detail that has made the service from TF Travel exceptional and I have no hesitation in recommending them for any holiday travel needs.

I was dealing with agent Jenny West. She did not seem willing to help with a holiday that I was planning for my wife and myself. I had some questions regarding the terms and conditions for a tour operator and she did not seem to be aware of those, neither she could find them. I don't see what's the point of booking holidays with travel agents if they have nearly as much information and sources as customers.
