Great friendly salesman helped us select the perfect car for my wife. It was absolutely heaving down with rain and yet he was happy to wonder around the forecourt looking at a wide selection of vehicles. Not at all pushy allowing us to process all the choices and come to a decision that was right for us and our budget. He even pulled a few strings to get a decent part-ex value on our trade in.

Visited to drop in my car for a while-you-wait service, all done for the price quoted, in the time specified, even washed the car! Waited in the on-site cafe, with a free coffee, overall a very pleasant experience. To paraphrase the ad some day all garages will be this way" All the reception staff are great

I have bought cars before from Hawkins and the last few from Steve Gee who is brilliant! He takes the time to show you round and is friendly, professional and thorough. He got the car I was interested in over to the St Stephens dealership from their other dealership forecourt, got it ready and then let me check it out and at the end, came outside to meet me and answer the many car questions I had. From there the car was MOT’d, serviced and valeted and I part ex my car as Steve gave a lot more than webuyanycar were offering as well!

Had a puncture on the A30! Everyone were very friendly and helpful. They had me back on the road in no time. And a lovely coffee in there Cafe. I would recommend.
