I had a serious problem with my previous provider and didn’t know what to do. Filip was amazing, helped me through the complications of changing to Sky and was entirely sympathetic to the confusions of an older person with little understanding of modern technology. Very friendly staff who gave me a substantial demonstration on new Sky glass

Visiting the Sky shop is a far better experience than buying Sky online. It's better to book an appointment if you have a purchase in mind, as the place gets really busy. Also, with an appointment, you can sit and discuss the product you want to think about and probably purchase, for as long as you want, within reason. The team of advisors are friendly and knowledgeable, and they give you the best prices straight away without any faff. If you managed to navigate the Sky shop online, the prices you end up paying will be much higher than you'd have paid in the shop, where the latest offers are always available and advice is readily offered. Online, you would get no advice, at least not so easily.In summary, if you're thinking about buying Sky Services or Kit, visit this shop. With great advice from friendly assistants and often next day delivery, even when you order quite late in the evening, what's not to love?
