Good points:Beautiful site, with mature trees and nice outlooksStaff we met could not have done more. Reception were great when we couldn't pitch on the first allocated space. The lifeguard at the pool was also super happy and helpful. The pool is fine, clean and warm.Location is great for explore the coast.Very child FriendlyNegative points:The shower block is dreadful. Probably the worst we have seen in years of camping. It's clearly due for a new one but in the mean time they need more cleaning (once a day isn't enough when it's busy) only 3 showers so obviously there was a queue at 8am. Providing a squeegy mop like most campsites would help as the water doesn't seem to drain and you have to wade through a puddle to get in the shower. You can't really get dressed in the cubicle as it's so wet.The car noise...we had a pitch near the road on site and all night long there were cars driving in. The owners of the mobile homes coming and going. It's really disturbing having cars pass a few metres from where you are trying to sleep multiple times a night. I was surprised they allow people to drive around all night.I'm sure this isn't so bad when not school holidays so we would probably return and try for a pitch away from the road and definitely come back when the shower blocks have been upgraded.

Location great but zero peace. Despite complaints a very large family were allowed to keep partying and playing very loud music - totally unacceptable. Will never return and will definitely not recommend. It doesn’t matter how well appointed a place is if there’s no control or discipline

Getting here was a nightmare, especially with road closures. I missed a turning, down these back roads, then realised I had to reverse with the tourer three quarters of a mile down a very narrow lanne not nice. Had a meal in the club house, not brilliant. I had scampi my partner had gammon. Only got 5 pieces of scampi and my partner's gammon Luke warm. In the park the scenery is nice although not very flat. Toilets and showers ok .

We stayed here for 4 nights and had a great time. The swimming pool was great and amazing value, the shop was perfect for what we needed and while we didn't have many reasons to go to reception, we received a great service. Would thoroughly recommend.

A lovely site set in the lovely Norfolk countryside but only a few minutes from the coast, good size pitch and not far from a toilet/shower block where there a several around the site. Staff were helpful and friendly...would definitely stay again.

We stayed in our touring caravan in November on a hardstanding pitch. Staff were helpful and we got a great welcome with our dogs in the clubhouse. Good value meal. Shower facilities immaculately clean and lovely and warm in winter. Easy walk to the beach from the site. Don't miss The Music Room cafe as you walk into Overstrand. The most amazing home-made cakes ever! Dogs welcome to outside seating area.We're looking forward to returning again sometime.

Been going for twenty years now. The last couple of years has gone downhill, the clubhouse used to be a great evening but now the bar area which was the only child free place is full of kids and dogs, can't get a seat ,get told to shush because there's bloody bingo on and the entertainment is pants.

Visited my parents on this site as they are looking after my kids, the facilities are fantastic kids loved the on-site pool, walk and setting in beautiful trees, shower block clean and good water pressure.Staff so amazing let me sit in their office to work which was over and above what I expected.Wigwams look great and the whole site well cared for. I would definitely staff here

We used the wilderness campsite the facilities were very good for a wilderness plot. Large pitches, good clean toilets and showers. Very impressed for the price we could have a family holiday on a tight budget. Access to the main site allowed us to book the swimming pool and use the play area. Definitely looking to come back again.

Stayed in the caravan for 2 nights. Enjoyed the Friday night entertainment. Lovely area for walking the dog. Loved being able to have the dog inside as Saturday was raining all day and could enjoy food without sitting outside. Will recommend.
