Great choice of all your pet needs. Loyalty card scheme needs revamping as the offers you get through the post have little and no bearing on purchases made, unlike Sainsburys, who give incentives to return.

Went in to pets at home to buy rats and absolutely horrified at the price of the rat cage and what you acctually get in the cage considering it is 110pounds. The cage is way to small for rats and you get about 4 awful quailty items in it and we looked on eBay after and you get much bigger cages for half the price. They make you buy a bigger cage as rats need room to play but when we bought the 2 rats there was 4 rats cramped in a small box like cage with not a lot of room to play.

The staff were very helpful and pleasant to talk to. Bought cat litter, the only one on the shelf had a hole in the bag, the lady at the till taped it up and gave a small discount which we appreciated. Think they may have some staffing issues as there were a lot of gaps on shelves. Very convenient parking.

Took my Neice down to get a Hamster and was welcomed with good advice and recommendations from Becky. Very professional and made time to discuss options and care of the new pet

Absolutely amazing the young girl that served us was very informative from buying the cage to hamsters, very very polite very understanding when she found out I've got vascular dementia and a fantastic help, we are now the proud owners of Gracie and Esme two Syrian dwarf hamsters who are doing great

Smaller sized store, but has all the usual pets at home products that you would like. Onsite carpark shared with some other shops

Staff were lovely. However, they did not seem to want to help or at least know when certain items were.

Went in still having a slight panic attack after having issues with vets. A lady named Terry on the till was quick to help. She was very understanding and caring. We've never needed a muzzle before so it was upsetting to need one but our dog has been breaking into things while we are asleep and has Pica. She showed me which muzzle to buy explained very clearly how to make sure it was comfortable before I brought so that my dog would be happy wearing it. I get confused easily and panic and she was exceedingly patient and understanding of not just my dogs health but mine too. Thank you so much.
