Lathom plumbing and Heating - Matt Thankyou so much for your promptness, reliability and professionalism in replacing our boiler, we have had trademen to do work for us before but your knowledge and standard of work is far superior. The hot water has never run so fast!!!. My advise to anyone reading this is -if your looking for someone to fix a problem Matt - Lathom Plumbing and heating is your man. We truly recommend him.

Just had a new oil boiler installed by the guys. Everything went smoothly, they were pleasant, helpful and professional.Had no issues whatsoever. Having people in your house pulling everything apart can be stressful, but not in this case, they were careful about everything they did.

Terrible at responding and arranging help. Expects you to be home when they don’t let you know they’re coming.Rang up a few months ago about a hot water issue and was told i would receive a call back arranging a visit as they were booked up, which was fine but then received no communication for over a month. Then rang again about the issue and was told they came by the house without letting me know, so no one was home. They did not let me know they tried to come, so when i rang about the issue again a month later and was told this i asked for them to arrange a day to come by. Again i was told they would ring back. This is the fourth time i’ve spoken to them and told i would receive a call to confirm a day and still have not received anything. Would not use.

Matt did a professional plumbing job for us. Sorted out our toilet that had been poorly fitted by someone else. In addition sorted out the silicone round the bath. He left the place spotless and we found his prices reasonable and fair. Highly recommended.

Great service all round. Serviced my. boiler and fixed a few snags left by a previous plumber. Can't recommend highly enough.

Called the emergency number for help with the heating. Got told loads of advice for me to try myself before I got charged for the call out. The advice worked and it saved me money just before Christmas. Good people, good morals. Highly recommend.

Highly recommended!! Came out quickly after our oil fired boiler was not firing. Quickly diagnosed and discovered the boiler needed replacing which we suspected might be the case. New boiler ordered that night on a Friday and Installed by the Tuesday. Clearly very knowledgeable and professional, very polite and respectful and fully explained everything we need to know and ensured everything was working properly before he left.

Lathom heating & plumbing!! highly recommend this company for any new boiler installations or repairs! Had a nightmare of a week with our boiler playing up and Matt came out and fitted a new boiler for us! Amazing work. Really neat and tidy and really well priced!

I Needed a new boiler replaced and moved from my sons bedroom into the loft to provide a little more space in his room - It’s been just over 2 years and no problems what’s so ever - they also helped me move a radiator onto the other side of his room at no extra cost apart from a few cups of tea - would definitely recommend and use them again when we have our bathroom done.
