The treatment was ok, the therapist was polite but did not ask what level of pressure I wanted. I was aware there would be train noise as the salon is under a bridge, however the treatment room was right beside the waiting room and you could hear all the conversations and laughing from other clients, who were waiting for treatments or having afternoon tea. Not relaxing at all.

Loved this place. I took my friend for a pamper day here. We got the offer of 5 treatments and afternoon tea. The place was nicely decorated and relaxing. The afternoon tea was lovely you could have English tea or Chinese tea. The sandwiches were really nice and they did a vegetarian option for me. The treatments were amazing we were both in the same room the back massage was especial really good and the staff were really attentive

I've been to a few different spas at different prices but I was left very disappointed here. I wasn't expecting much for the price we paid (we got a voucher online) but even then it was quite shockingly bad. We were texted that they were short staffed a couple of hours before the booking and told they couldn't treat all 5 of us at once. I said that we had a dinner reservation about 30 minutes after we were originally told we would be finished, so I asked if we could arrive a bit sooner if the treatments would take longer. Receptionist said: no, turn up and we'll see what we can do. There was no running water in the bathroom (a bucket next to the toilet full of water and a bottle of spring water to wash your hands were provided). We waited an hour and a half to be seen, then I had a sub-par massage and they skipped out bits because I told them we were now running late for dinner. No compensation or even apology offered. A very loud train shakes the building every now and then when it goes over the tracks directly above the building. The receptionist is very rude. The afternoon tea: cheap ham and egg sandwiches and Mr. Kipling's cakes (one each). One member of staff who seemed to work the kitchen, however, was very pleasant.

We were very dubious when we arrived due to location under train tracks & receptionist was a bit brusque. Afternoon tea was very poor & we were 45 minutes late going in for our appointment. After all that negative stuff, I have to say I was blown away by the treatments. Best message by far I have ever had. Felt like a new women. I would return for another treatment but wouldn't bother with the afternoon tea

Disappointed!We were told to come in an hour and a half prior to our appt only to then be told oops it hasn't been booked in. We had to wait 2hrs for our appointment!The afternoon tea provided was of a very poor quality.The masseuse were extremely gentle. It was meant to be a Chinese massage and it certainly did not feel like it.The hot tub we paid extra for wasn't in good working order either.All round i can say it was not worth it at all!

Booked spa day for myself, Mam, friend and friend’s Mam. Myself and my mam have never been to a spa before so we didn’t know what to expect. We used groupon to get the 5 treatments and afternoon tea for 2. The treatments were very relaxing and the staff were nice. The afternoon tea was okay. Would have liked more options for sandwiches but other than that i enjoyed it. We enjoyed the tea so much we asked if we could have another pot which the receptionist got us straight away. There was also a cute dog at the reception and we asked if we could take it in the room with us so we could stroke it and we were allowed. Was such a lovely well behaved dog and loved the attention.I would recommend coming here if you are using groupon voucher. You definitely get more than your money’s worth.I would definitely come back again!

No parking, be prepared to park about 10 mins away, looks nice and has a relax feelings, afternoon was very average had better something i could have russeled up myself, but massage and facial was amazing, therapist was really good, there is the inconvenience of thr train running above every 10 mins but didn't bother me as much, for the price it's ok

Great service, private room for the thermal spa and a very nice and relaxing atmosphere in general. 4 stars because the therapist was too gentle for my liking but has good techniques overall.

highly recommend, me and my daughter went last week and it was amazing. All staff were friendly and kind. the whole place was beautiful... even loved the sound of the trains above as I new there was hustle and bustle everywhere but in the spa, just knowing I was relaxing.. we will definatly be going again and I cant fault it one little bit.. loved the thermal spa, the massage and the afternoon tea.. cant wait to go back .. thank you to all the staff for a brilliant day x

Had a wonderful hour of being pampered and was given a really deep, strong massage which has really helped loosen the stiffness in my neck and shoulders. Afterwards we enjoyed a welcoming afternoon tea. The girls look after you and the ambience is very calming. I will be visiting again. Thanks.
