Ian was absolutely brilliant - he sent a camera up so we could see exactly what was going on and explained everything. He’s the only person we’ll let near our chimney from now on!

Many thanks Ian. Very thorough and knowledgeable. He was going to give our log burner a sweep in the property we moved in to. Luckily he discovered the burner shouldn't be used due to issue with the liner. Once we have got the liner/adaptor sorted we will certainly be using him for our sweeps each year on the burner. Thanks Again Ian :).

A great professional and polite service, we have had two visits by Ian now to sweep our chimney, he always leaves our cottage spotless and is very knowledgable. He was reassuring when I asked about our fire bricks, and is also able to replace these when required. Thoroughly recommend!

Ian came out at really short notice and did a fantastic job of cleaning and re-instating my fire. A total gentleman, very knowledgeable and explained everything, including safety precautions etc that I hadn't even considered. I will now be using Ian for my yearly sweep! Very competitively priced too. Surprisingly, can't wait for the cold weather so I can cosy up!

Arrived spot on time, well turned out and very thorough sweep of our flu collecting more soot than anyone else has in the past! An honest and straight talking approach which is a welcome change. Very conscious about customers property, 'sheeting up' from the front door, gave us some good advice about ongoing maintenance too. All in all highly delighted and will definitely be using again. 5 Star service!!

Ian swept our multi fuel stove today and was incredibly thorough and went above and beyond to sort out the log burning stove. Really good communication too. Would thoroughly recommend.
