We visited the showroom at Leyland and were surprised how friendly the staff are, not pushy at all.Today we have ordered our new conservatory and looking forward to seeing it through to completion. Jarrod who visited our home was extremely professional, friendly and offered lots of advice regarding the final design.

I really didn't want to leave this review but feel it only fair to warn other people. My mother cancelled her conservatory when the cost increased beyond her budget following a survey. It took her a few weeks and lots of calls before a partial return of her deposit was approved. An amount was retained and she has been unable to get a reason as to why she is not entitled to a full refund. I decided to call on her behalf. We rang morning and evening leaving messages for a member of the management to call us back. After over a week we put in a formal written complaint in an effort to get an explanation. After no response we felt it necessary to write this review. The first line customer service is excellent so it is such a shame the management let the business down.Update:Well we've waited for the 5 working days after our complaint was submitted as per their website and their comments on this site and still not had the courtesy of any contact from the Clearview Management team....it's just a telephone call

Lovely warm welcome into a showroom that was so well detailed we had an accurate picture of what we wanted within a very short period of time. Jarrod, the Design Consultant, was exceptional in understanding our needs and explaining the logic behind each of his proposals/suggestions. Would not hesitate in recommending a visit. This company have got it right in terms of product and customer service. Well done all

Firstly on the day of my installation the window fitter turned up and informed me that some of the trims and seals for my new doors where missing so he wouldn’t be able to complete the job. The fitter himself was great and the job he did was professional. I expected a call from Clearview to apologize for the missing parts and let me know when the job would be complete but after about 5 days waiting for a call I had to ring them, again they didn’t seem that bothered that I had to chase them. I was eventually given a date when the job would be finished which was two weeks after the doors had been fit. This time a different fitter came and did not finish the job off well. A few days after this I received a letter asking why I hadn’t made my final payment, I had never received an invoice for this payment. I rang Clearview to make the payment and asked to speak to the installation manager about fixing some small issues, I was told he wasn’t available and would call me back and he never did. Overall the new doors although not quite finished seem good quality but the customer service is terrible.

Mike and the team were brilliant with the installation, the quality of workmanship was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and they were very helpful in trying to solve the problem with the leak we had from a previous supplier. The plastering to finish the job is perfect. From the design at the start to the final complete job we have had brilliant service and would definitely recomend Clearview.

We are so glad that we chose Clear view to carry out the solid roof replacement on our conservatory.From planning to sign off the service has been first class.Mike and the installation team were excellent, the plastering is perfect and Steve the electrician has done a great job.Everything was left clean and tidy. Kenny even cleaned the windows.Josh our project manager coordinated the work and provided a seamless service.The new roof has transformed the conservatory into an extension and we are thrilled with the results.I would not hesitate to use this company again and have already recommended them to family and friends.

Just had new grey windows and a front door fitted by clear view. The service was excellent from start to finish and a company I would highly recommend.Firstly starting with the helpful lady on reception in the showroom, Jonathan the senior design consultant who took the time to go through the many designs, choices and options with us as well as visiting our home to measure up & show us what the different designs would look like on our property using his lap top.The surveyor visited next to ensure correct measurements and suitability of our property also found to be very polite and friendly and then the fitters, MARK & ETHAN who have done an amazing job over the 3 days removing the old windows and fitting the new windows and a front door which has totally transformed the look of our property.Both guys, MARK & ETHAN were polite, friendly and very hardworking as well as respectful to our property at all times. They cleaned up as they worked and did not leave our home until they were satisfied that all was left clean and tidy at the end of each day.I would highly recommend this company, Clearview (home improvements)

Clearview have replaced our front door and converted a window into patio doors for us so far and are about to replace our living room window. We have always had good service and although we may have been able to get these jobs done slightly cheaper elsewhere, we know that with Clearview we are getting a good quality product with an excellent service.The staff are friendly and helpful and we have been kept informed of every step of the process from ordering, to measuring, to installing and the after sales services has been excellent too.

Good consolation, very informative, good finance options, installation was good, cleaned up after themselves. Only reason for a four star was we were given a date for instillation but not a time until on day which made a bit difficult but over all happy with end result
