DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They were contacted to end the contract and collect the equipment but never bothered to turn up and accused us of lying about giving them notice. They've then continued to bill us for over a year since the contract ended and it is near impossible to contact them. Do not use them or you will be ripped off!

Absolutely awful customer services. It took 5 hours of our time to simply change the company name on our account. After changing bank details and one of their 'retentions team' told us payments would be taken from the new bank however they were not and despite multiple attempts on our part to make payment over the phone they stopped delivering water to us for two months and after canceling the contract we will still billed despite having had no water delivered. Also they arranged a 'sanitation' visit on the machine after the contract had been cancelled which they then invoiced us for.In addition to the service we had a number of bottles of water which were undrinkable due to tasting stale. We were told by one of the delivery drivers the bottled water was just filled from taps and not actually spring water bottled at source.AVOID THIS COMPANY!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They destroyed my property not once but twice and I am still waiting for compensation. They then harassed me for over a year for a payment as I did not give them 3 months notice to flood my property as it had to taken it away while I had work carried our. This is a sick joke, but sadly very true, use them at your peril. DO NOT USE One star is to high

Good service, very helpful

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY- When we tried to cancel our water cooler this company stated that we had to give them 15 months notice- claiming that we had entered our 2nd year of contract- which we had not signed (by the way) so from today July 22nd 2016 we had to continue our service with them until September 2017. This is not legal or fair. Secondly we have only been with them for 8 months - not even the year the claimed we had been with them. i would not touch this company with a barge pole. Trying to fictitiously tie in customers to over a year contract on top of their existing one is disgusting and illegal. Needless to say we will not be adhering to their outlandish claims. Claiming they are fundraising for charity adds to the joke. They need to be investigated by trading standards.

Poor customer service - 3 months to fix faulty boiler!

Worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Just ignore all emails and never answer the phone. AVOID!

WARNING - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYAppalling customer service, hidden charges and they are just not interested once you have signed a contract. Would not recommend to use these, just look at all the reviews on other review sites, they paint the picture.

Great Company, always quick on delivery. With great customer service, especially from our Courier Vlad.

Would give no stars if that was possible. Terrible service, nobody ever gets back to you and very slow delivery on water. Avoid! Hopefully they will eventually go bust so others don't have the misfortune of dealing with them.
