Absolutely fantastic service, great contact from the underwriter to discuss this the case to get it through really quickly. Would definitely recommend them as a lender. This was a really tricky case but you made good your promises, excellent.

I found the application process very user-friendly, as well as the process for supplying evidence to support the app. The underwriters asked for sensible supplementary info and their decisions/concerns were communicated very clearly. Very happy with the whole application from end to end.

Worst company ever, having to keep explain my mums dead to numerous people. Charges are added onto the account when I did notify the team on time. They then proceed to harass me with field agents. They are one big robbing sham of a team, who continue to increase their interest rates as we speak and breath. They do not understand what it means to lose someone and speak so ignorantly to those in grief. And the so called managers dont even bother reading up or making the effort to understand a persons situation before emailing/calling. Steer away if you can, they are robbers and the worst people to even have your mortgage with. They are bullies and thieves.

I can not rate this company enough............from application to underwriting to releasing money took 1 week. Obviously my broker advised FHL due to my adverse credit history, however despite this, I was treated with the upper most respect and care, in 2 years when my credit rating is fully clear I will still come back to FHL as great customer service is more important than saving £1-200 a month.Seriously, I would recommend !!!!!!

Exceptional service from submission to offer. Communication was great, if anything was needed or clarification required, someone picked up the phone rather than the usual ping pong of emails back and forth. Lost my home today due to a lot of years of caring for my dad with severe parkinsons and son with mental health covid and increase in morgage I have always found a way to pay my arrears after 20 years of having my home. But you not letting me rectify this situation while I'm trying to help my family along with me having my own personal conditions of depression and anxiety is absolutely soul destroying. this has been my family home since 2002 and to just take it away without any consideration for the crisis the whole.l country is in is despicable. I have lessthan 3 year on the morgage and a lot of equity once it would have been refurbished which would have set me and my family up elsewhere. Cant believe there is no empathy for mine or anyone else's situation as ot seems trust pilot has a lot of very bad reviews for this company.
