I have developed addional needs due to newly diagnosed medical condition and Lucy has gone above and beyond to accommodate me, enabling me to continue to attend my appointments at the salon. Excellent as usual. I'd booked a later appointment but rang yesterday to see if they had anything earlier, we discussed it and I decided to keep the one for today. They rang me this morning and said they'd had a cancellation and would I prefer that one, I did take it, ( great they remembered my call and thought about me) I arrived and was seen straight away, lovely and friendly as usual reasonably priced and a great job with the treatment I had ( a leg wax). Amanda is lovely and friendly, a really nice person.25th June 2022I visited here this evening to have a hair trial done for my up and coming wedding, Lucy was absolutely great and really lovely, I have never used their hair services before, just the beauty side( waxing) but I was treated like i was a regular customer really good experience would highly recommend.
