AWFUL! THE PROPERTY DOES NOT DESERVE ANY STARS!!!I never leave reviews, but this property is not as advertised. Booked a 4 night stay and had to leave in less than an hour. Property in very poor condition, unclean and smelt foul. There are many examples of the terrible state the property is let out in, but the main ones was hair in the bath, sink, toilet and floor from other guests. Bed sheets the same and very worn. Crumbs, food stains and thick dust over kitchen, sofa, appliances and floor. It truly was very poor and should not be rented as it is not in any condition like advertised.When I tried to raise my concerns and get a refund as it was uninhabitable to Telly homes, I was ignored initially and then told no refund a cleaner would be sent, at this point we had left, as it needed more than a surface clean. I am still trying to get my money back but the company will only offer a partial refund. This behaviour and actions are as disgusting as the property I walked into.DO NOT STAY HERE.I assume they will reply with a false rebuttle, but again I cannot stress enough to avoid.Telly homes refund me fully, for the awful service and apartment you tried to rent out.
