Ordered last week. Paid extra for delivery and still yet to receive an email of any delivery date. Ordered due to change of rules last week and said in stock. No customer service. Nothing. Disgusting really as people don’t have the money to just chuck about for them to keep hold of it with no contact

I purchased the wrong sized ski goggle lens through Urban Surfer and when I rang the company to ask about an exchange they went out of their way to make sure the lens arrived before my ski trip. They took my mistake and corrected it. Will definitely shop again!

I ordered pair of shoes and paid 5€ extra shiping. In end I didn’t even receive my package and seller does not offer any solution. Zero respect and I won’t suggest this shop to buy online.P.S. No this is not a mistake. It's just that i ordered from ebay and when i asked both sides told the can't do nothing, no refund no product. :/
