Nolte Kitchens: Milton Keynes

HiWanted to write a review on the service and the product provided by The Kitchen group .Mine was a new build and visited various shops but once we meet Vicky the Kitchen group ( Nolte Kitchen) then we stopped looking elsewhere .She is really knowledges and very patient and an excellent designer , was very adoptive for all the changes we requested and very pleasant and had many ideas with solutions for our queries .Very prompt in answering our mail queries ( During covid times)Will recommend the service to allThe workmanship and the finished products are very goodWill go back to them especially with Vicky for her knowledge and design on the kitchen’s

We first visited Amol @ Kitchen Matters some 3 years ago when we started to plan our kitchen extension. Track forward 2 years to when we actually started our extension and based on the positive experience we had before we returned. One again Amol did not disappoint and from our initial discussions came up with a design that was exactly what we were looking for.Thankfully unlike the builders of our extension the service from Amol and his team from start to finish was nothing short of excellent. We needed to delay the delivery of our kitchen by 26 weeks (!) not a problem and it was kept in storage for us. A member of Amol's team recommended a good light shop nearby that we eventually bought our island pendants from; additionally we sourced our bar stools from a high quality manufacturer on Amol's recommendation (Caligaris).My wife and I would not hesitate to recommend Amol and the Kitchen Matters team.

Excellent service and delivery from start to finish. Amol helped us select the right product and gave us the kitchen and living space we dreamed of. He didn't try to sell us the most expensive product, he was sensitive to our budget and found solutions to what we were looking for. Amol's design has everything we need where we need it! The product is superb and professionally fitted by Steve. There were a few small niggles but Amol and Steve were quick to rectify this as soon and as best they could. I would highly recommend Kitchen matters

We had a large project of converting our garage into a kitchen. We visited Kitchen Matters a few times and spoke to the very helpful and knowledgable owner. This was the first time we were buying a kitchen so we needed good advice. The kitchen was not cheap" but the quality is unbeatable. We expect many happy years of usage."

Imogen has been excellent all the way through. Putting up with all the design changes necessary as we discovered what we really needed in our kitchen. She has shown great design flair (and patience), and I can't praise her highly enough. Nolte are not cheap, but essentially you do get what you pay for. They are a significant cut above the usual big name UK kitchens.

Vicky provided innovative solutions and offered valuable suggestions that I hadn't even considered.Our kitchen formed part of an extension project and we ended up making a last minute layout change - Vicky was always available to address any questions and concerns I had promptly, I was kept informed about the progress and delivery dates. The end result exceeded our expectations, and we couldn't be happier with the design.From the initial consultation to the final touches, Vicky demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and exceptional customer service throughout the entire process. We went to the Milton Keynes store, looking for a kitchen for our new build home. We made an appointment with Vicky Bratt, who had been recommended. We found her knowledgeable, informative and above all, receptive to our suggestions and ideas.Vicky did an excellent plan which we had within the week and she spent a considerable amount of time with us, going through this plan and showing us examples of what she was suggesting.The layout of doors and windows in our kitchen was a challenge and we were delighted with the various ways in which she dealt with this.Throughout the process, Vicky was on hand to respond to queries and made the whole experience remarkably stress -free. She was also very helpful when we had a couple of queries after installation.All in all we couldn't be more satisfied.

We were recommended to Nolte kitchens by a good friend who had specifically mentioned Vicky Bratt who had done an excellent job for them. We had been looking for a quality kitchen provider to fit out our new home, so had seen what was available on the market. I had some concerns about the likely costs of a high quality German kitchen, but to be fair they were competitive.Once we had decided what style of kitchen we liked Vicky helped us through the design & selection process to maximise the available space. Dom the fitter did an excellent job with installation, showing an attention to detail that delivered the outstanding finish.We have now been living with our new Nolte kitchen for a few weeks and are really starting to appreciate what a fantastic kitchen we now have. Thanks to Nolte, Vicky & Don for more than meeting our expectations.We would definitely recommend Nolte Kitchens.

We were extending the kitchen into the garage, so our kitchen had to be designed off plan and was somewhat complex. Imogen at Nolte got the idea very quickly and came up with the best design and mock-up we saw, with a real eye for detail. She could not have been more responsive to our need for minor changes, and for reassurance regarding colours and design, and everything was backed up with full costings and pictures. Once ordered, our Shaker kitchen with a modern twist proved everything we had hoped for and the execution was exactly as promised, plus Imogen went over and above through visits to check up etc. No stone was left unturned, for clients who were probably somewhat particular! Even our builder, who installed the kitchen, was impressed, once he got over the extensive instructions in German (they were in English as well!). All was completed in three months from order to our considerable satisfaction, and Imogen helped us through the hundred little decisions which need to be made through the process with a smile and authentic interest in the outcome. We would recommend Imogen and Nolte without hesitation!
