My mother-in-law had a bad experience with the store, paying £40 for lashes. On the 2nd day all the lashes fell off she was very embarrassed because she had a party. On the third day When she went to talk to her, she told her it was your fault. Our rules. After two days, it is not our responsibility. Then my mother-in-law asked her to fix it they were not helpful . The manager asked her for an additional 15£.Actually in other salons before 1 week they fixed for you because this salon fault not the customer.

Brilliant service by Sayna as always.Sayna still based on the side of market place where she has always been for the past 9 years.Thank you Sayna!!

Rude women who can speak English ruined my eyebrows. Started huffing and puffing when I pointed out what was done wrong. Will.not be recommending they charge alot but ruin the whole experience

I had a fantastic time at Shayna Beauty Parlour. I visited for eyebrow threading, and Rubina did an excellent job. The owner of the parlour is a wonderfully friendly lady who provides services herself. Her experience and kindness are truly remarkable.

the manager of the place is lovely however her other side kick is absolutely awful. i went in today to get my eye brow lamination & it usually takes 30-40 mins for it she said it takes an hour and a half which is false. she was unable to do the lam so made me wait for the manager to come in & do it whom she said would be around 10 mins an hour later i was still waiting i asked her for a refund and she refused she told me to wait for the manager who then took an extra 20 mins she then came in and managed to give me a refund honestly i’ve read so many complaints about this other woman who works there and every time i go in she’s horrible she really needs gone as she brings this shop shame! will not be returning again.

Friendly, quick and value for money.I really loved how my brows came out. I have uneven brows that aren't thick but I was able to get a nice shape and they look so much fuller now.I also didn't notice any irritation that I usually get with hair removal methods. Highly recommend :)

Took my daughter for her first eye brow waxing. Explained this to the staff, they talked her through it and she was very happy with the final outcome.

I got my lash lifting done by the owner Sayna earlier today and I absolutely loved the results. She was very warm & welcoming, super cozy salon with a very hospitable staff. I’m not from Bolton but would love to get my services done if I ever visit again in future.Regards,Basma

Very rude staff especially management. Tried to charge me £70 for eye browse threading when I questioned it she threw the receipt in my face. I will not be going back there again. None of them can speak English so don't understand what you're asking them for definitely don't recommend anyone going here maybe that's the reason why there always quite. It was the shop upstairs in the mall.

I came here for eyelash extensions paid £60 they were done by Barbara when I got home I lost 3 lashes 2 days after that I lost a further 4 lashes I went back to the shop and saw another lady who was very polite and fixed the lashes for me for free the next day I lost the lashes she had redone in less than 2 weeks I had lost most of my lashes infills cost £35 so in the space of 2 weeks I would have paid out £95 for weak lashesI have since visited another salon in Bolton had the remaining lashes removed and a new set put on for £35 I have had the lashes on for 5 days I have not lost 1 lash I will explain the reason why!You did not cleanse my lashes before you started to work on them the room was extremely hot almost like you had the heating on the lashes you put on I could barely see them I would expect if I am paying £60 you would be able to tell I have had them done.The new salon I have visited did my lashes in a well ventilated cool room the lady cleansed my lashes and explained why the room needs to be cold if it is a warm room the glue will stick before the lash has stuck properly she also explained the glue can become stringy throughout the procedure she changed the glue regularly you did NOT do this at anytime! After the lashes were done I was given care instructions and a gift bag with different brushes for the lashes. I paid just £35 for this and my lashes are still on.Avoid this company looks nice on the outside but the staff are very ignorant and unprofessional
