Very unprofessional, won't allow a viewing but still advertising the property for sale! Then arranged a viewing to then cancel!WOULDN'T advise using them and also was warned about even trying to use them!Edit to your reply: yes definitely the right estate agents! We have been messed about one minute we can view property and then changed again!

After finding out dream home in our dream location we put in an offer and it was accepted. It took a while to complete but that was due to the selling process of our old home. Stella helped advise us on what we needed to be asking of our solicitors (it had been over 20 years ago when we last bought a home)and really helped us despite it not really being her job to. We found Lancaster's are very professional and we would highly recommend them especially Stella.

Lancaster has helped up in finding our new home. They were very helpful through out the process. It was quite a smooth transaction with them. From communicating with our mortgage advisor, solicitor and surveyor they have guided us throughout the whole process. I never thought buying a house will be easy. Definitely a 5 star rating for their services.

Great job by the team at Lancasters, they gave honest an appraisal of what needed to be done, along with a decent market expectation. Not the usual list it high and wait for the price reductions just to win the listing.Having dealt with 2 other agents on the Island in recent years Chris and Ben were a breath of fresh air, they stand head and shoulders above the other suspects...........
