I get my wax every month by Hannah at Westover Beauty Salon and couldn't go anywhere else. She is lovely, welcoming and makes me silky smooth!

I was given a groupon voucher for a 2 treatment package at this salon for my birthday this year. I booked it, when i turned up i had been double booked with another client. They rescheduled me for a few weeks later and when i turned up they were closed. I have tried contacting them many times through emails, facebook, calls etc etc and had zero response. The customer service is absolutely disgusting and i still havent had my treatments or a refund to my husband. Total scam. Avoid at all costs!

Lovely beauty salon, highly recommed Hannah for any treatment, I've had mani and pedi and her eye for detail is second to non! Love my nails and love how she's a perfectionist My mum also had her brows tinted and shaped, my mum is also a perfectionist so won't vidt just anyone, Hannah made her feel amazing ❤️

I had booked my appointment with plenty of notice and said it was a special occasion. I rang and emailed to double check near the time and they said I wasn’t in their diary and to text after given the number and was told they’d respond straight away back but got completely ignored. No response after that whatsoever, very rude and created a lot of trouble to be fobbed off like that. Just a joke.Edited review after salon response:Again, you did not respond after you said you would check your emails and that would get straight back to me. I heard nothing further from you.

I have been going to see Hannah for years - my waxing is actually a fun experience with fantastic results. Her massages are the best - always leave like I’m in another world ! Would highly recommend, Hannah is so welcoming and friendly - I haven’t been to another salon in 4 years, I think that shows just how good Hannah is !
