I bought the new Canon iPF PRO-2000 printer from RGB Limited having researched this thoroughly. I had some doubts about my choice but the team at RGB, who only deal in Canon printers, put my mind at rest after I realised that they are fully conversant with the technical capabilities of this printer.From the moment of placing the order, to delivering and installing it to suit a very tight timeframe followed by on-site installation by their technical expert and after-sales service, I am utterly delighted with the fact that I have chosen RGB as my print partner. I use the word partner advisedly.I have been using the printer now for nearly three months and am totally satisfied with both choice of printer and supplier.Their level of service, commitment to excellence and attention to my specific needs is just outstandingly exceptional! Would recommend RGB without any hesitation whatsoever!

RGB are amazing. They have helped us out on many occasions with emergency overnight delivery of consumables. The customer service and tech support is brilliant and no problem is too big or too small.We purchased a Canon GP 4000 in May 2022. From the initial enquiry to install Ben and the team were excellent answering questions and offering advice and support.I cannot recommend this company enough.

We enquired about buying a printer and were pleased to find a Canon dealer nearby who could supply.We met them and had a long demonstration which was helpful.The printer was delivered efficiently by 2 of the staff promptly within a week - followed by an in depth introduction to how to use the machine.My husband uses Canon full frame cameras & professional L lenses - so Canon‘s latest printers would appear to translate seamlessly & they haven’t disappointed.We‘re pleased to have found RGBUK & would recommend them as suppliers.

LIARS. Just had a response to my low star review about an OKI ink I ordered online. Apparently the owner has investigated what happened and has lied in his/Her response You DID not order 3rd party ink especially for me and I had not tried another supplier or regular supplier who apparently did not have these in stock. You offered me the 3rd party ink THAT YOU STOCK because you had taken my money for an OKI ink that you failed to tell me after 5 days that you didn't have them in stock. I accepted the 3rd party ink and it came damaged and with no chip, which rendered it useless, I then called to ask you to send a chip out in the post but you didn't have them in stock and didn't know when they was going to arrive. Just for your information the refund took 2 weeks for you to process. Very unprofessional response. Extremely disappointed. there is no need to lie to make you sound better, I wouldn't be leaving this 2nd review if your response was not total lies. Future customers need to know your poor behaviour in this matter

I would like to thank everyone at RGB for there amazing work, in particularly I would like to mention Harrison. I had a complex issue with my printer that I couldn't solve. Harrison was so patient and persistent on getting fix for me. After several hours later he managed to fix it. The service was amazing well above standards. Thank you so much. Highly Recommended!

RGB is a fantastic company. I have used them for over 8 years and they have never let us down when buying a new printer or getting advise on what paper to use. They are always really helpful and their knowledge is great. Highly recommend them.

Yet again the team at RGB have come to the rescue, extremely professional, technically expert and above all first class service. A big thank you to Chris, Harrison and Ben for all your help. I can not recommend this company enough.

Buying a commercial printer is a major investment. My printer cost a chunk of money and these people matched the best price but it's not just the best price that's important. You need to feel confident the company you purchased your printer from will still be there in a few years and when you pick up the phone someone there will not only help you but will know what they're talking about. My thanks to the guys at RGB for their professionalism and help in guiding me in my decisions when I bought my Canon Prograf from them.*A word of caution to anyone contemplating buying one of these printers. They weigh an absolute ton and you will need probably 4 people (or more) to help you carry it in to your premises. It's delivered on a palette and the delivery guys are not insured to help you carry it in and you wouldn't be able to do it just by yourself with the delivery guy.

I don't normally write reviews but the guys at RGB did such a fantastic job that I had to! We needed a larger photographic printer and RGB advised the best solution. We visited their showroom which was great as we had not seen the printer in action and were changing from a competing make. Great seeing it in action and super happy with our new printer. Even when we needed advice on the right type of media for a particular project, they were happy to research for us and send a sample. Fantastic Service!
