Great customer service! In the lead up to xmas I'd ordered the wrong size and had to exchange. It was so easy to return for free, with the postage/label available through an on-line link in Royal Mail. The turn around was so fast, and the new hat arrived in plenty of time for the Xmas. Exceeded my expectations. And I am very happy to recommend. :)

Really lovely to deal with. Had an issue with Royal Mail postage and Nicky was so helpful. She also refunded the postage tho it was Royal Mails fault. Goods turned up! Great, human customer service. Highly recommend.

I was given a voucher as a birthday present for this outlet. This is the worst shopping experience ever. If you are a medium there is little, in my experience, actually in stock. The customer service do not read emails properly and are no help at all. Although most of their cowboy hats are unavailable, they behave like cowboys so are probably wearing them ...

I purchased a leather Bush Hat. It came well packed and was everything I expected and more. I have seen the ones on market stalls for less than half the price, and they don’t come any near the quality of this one. Buy from a proper hatter and buy once. Paul.

The customer service was outstanding. Sadly I had to return an item (wrong size), but the refund was processed and issue closed within 24hrs of them receiving it back.Will be my first stop for hats in the future!
