Fantastic service, booked online at 6am and was all all done by 9am. Got there early and seen immediately . Went in not hearing a thing and Lisa did a fantastic job getting the wax out. Thank you also to Emily at reception, lovely customer service. If you need help with your ears look no further . Thank you all.

I have always had nothing but exceptional treatment at Click Hearing in Upminster. The staff are very kind and understanding. I have always been treated well. The facilities are always very clean and easy to find. I have been coming to Click Hearing for 4 years now and I can't fault them.

I attended for my first experience of micro suction and found a warm welcome as soon as I entered. The procedure was explained and pictures taken of the inside of my ears both before and after and shown to me. The removal was quick and easy and as I’m in a wheelchair, I found the Upminster branch accommodating with a ramp ready for me to enter. I was also able to stay in my chair while the treatment was carried out. I will definitely use this service again when necessary.

Brilliant service. I was having trouble with my hearing and found click hearing online, as I live locally. My appointment was booked for the very next day. I went to my appointment and greeted by a friendly lady on reception. Hayley was fantastic, talked me through everything and made sure I was comfortable during my Microsuction procedure. She was professional, friendly and knowledgeable.The procedure was worth every penny and I will happily recommend and return in future.

Very friendly and explained the simple microsuction procedure straight away to put my nerves at ease. It wasn't painful at all and the lady even tested the suction on the back of my hand. Very quick and easy, so much better than waiting 3 weeks to see the nurse at my doctors and no messing about with ear drops either, which is another huge bonus for me. Weekend appointments too, which helps me greatly. I will definitely be recommending and coming back.

I was first seen by the receptionist who was very nice. I was seen very promptly for my appointment.Georgia was the lady who looked after me.She was lovely. She was very knowledgeable and checked me over.Everything sorted within the appointment time.My ears feel great again.Would definitely go back again.x

Great quick service for ear wax removal.However, went there today (Saturday 11:30am) and they were shut despite google saying they’re open.

This is the second time I have used Click Hearing for ear wax removal, but the first time at the Upminster clinic. Both experiences were excellent.When I attended the Upminster clinic, I was impressed with the waiting area being very clean and comfortable, receptionist was very pleasant and I wasn’t kept waiting beyond my appointment time.I was introduced to Georgia who carried out the ear wax removal. I found Georgia extremely pleasant and professional. Georgia explained everything to me and if I had any concerns before using micro suction to remove an ear wax build up in my left ear. It was stubborn and slightly uncomfortable at times, but Georgia continued with a great deal of care and words of encouragement. Once it was removed and my hearing restored in my left ear, I felt so much better. Georgia checked my other ear and removed some wax from there also.I would highly recommend this clinic to family and friends and would have absolutely no hesitation in returning should I need the same procedure in the future. Thank you to all, especially Georgia, brilliant experience.

Very friendly staff. Quick service. Very informative and useful feedback. The professional took her time explaining everything so I understood everything. Painless and super effective. Had a build up of wax in my left ear and could not hear a thing, booked my appointment that same week and was seen to very quickly and in 20 mins it was done. I can hear again!
