Woodmans Farm

Extremely comfortable and cosy and quiet set in 12 acres of countryside. Very friendly atmosphere. Very nice clean room. Excellent breakfast. Host very friendly. Recommended. However Directions need to be changed on website to indicate that when you are on A140 going north away from Norwich, your sat Nav will tell you to turn right when there is about half mile to go. Do not turn right, go straight on for 300 yards and look for oval sign giving the farm name on right hand side of road.Very unfortunate that sat nav postcode coordinates direct you incorrectly which has caused problems to other people finding this wonderful place.

Had a beautiful stay at woodman farm. We stayed in the B&B double room. Clean tidy and well equipped. Hosts made us feel very welcome, couldn’t do anymore for us. Friendly and great hosts. Breakfast was tasty. Highly recommend staying, we will be back if we visit the area again ☺️

Been coming here for well over 10 years now. Nice cosy b&b off the beaten track with lovely hosts.

Very warm welcome. Room and facilities were lovely and clean. Breakfast was excellent. Very peaceful location. Saw a heron beside the lake which was an added bonus. Would definitely recommend

Very peaceful, lovely views over the surrounding countryside, and well off the main road, plenty of wildlife, games room and an indoor heated swimming pool from the end of April, would definitely recommend,
