Excellent service, quickly and accurately diagnosed the broken AC compressor in under half an hour and found an additional leak in the system. - Repairs carried out quickly and thoroughly, with regas to get the AC back up and running. Would definitely use Polartekk again for any AC service or repairs! - Pricing is very reasonable as they are definitely experts in AC!

Re Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV airco recharge. Contacted Matthew after my local dealer was unable to offer a while you wait service or courtesy vehicle due to Covid guidelines which I totally understand. Looked for a mobile air co engineer online and found Matthew who is local. He was able to offer a next day service which was great. He has been today and all is sorted. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and operated in a professional and Covid safe manner. His charge is very reasonable and I would not hesitate in recommending Polartekk.

A bit of a waste of time and £50I called polartekk and explained that I thought my fan was not working correctly with the aircon pump .He came and diagnosed my aircon and said he thinks my aircon fan had an electrical fault . But he doesn't repair the electrical side of air-conditioning .I've now took it to a proper air-conditioning garage.I gave 2 stars because he came when he said he would .

Matt was amazing,5 mins to diagnose where leak was.He sourced part,kept me informed throughout .Matt picked my car up and repaired it within a couple of hours just in time for the heatwave.Would highly recommend Matt and his company.

Had my VW Scirocco done a few weeks back as it was playing up by blowing hot air and had a foul smell coming through. Air con now feels as new and a few weeks on now, the odour treatment is incredible. Lads were punctual and friendly too

Great service all round. I phoned with our AC problem, organised a date for the following week. Came out and completed the job, very professional all round. I was able to pay on card there and then for the works, which was a bonus. Reasonable price for the works aswell. Great with COVID safety also (On behalf of Chris Woollard CWS Insulation Ltd).

Great guy! I already knew what was most likely wrong with my system and Matt priced the job in advance and was totally transparent on pricing with no hidden extras. Came to my house the next day, did a great job and now I have a cold car again. Highly recommend using as he's trustworthy and knows what he is talking about.

Did a Google search for mobile auto air conditioning specialist as the local garage l use for my car service and repairs could not offer a/c service.Contacted Matt at Polartekk and arranged a time and place for my Skoda Yeti a/c repairs,As soon as I saw him turn up I could not have been more impressed with the condition of his vehicle and it’s contents and how professionally he set about carrying out the repair.I certainly would not hesitate recommending Matt & Polartekk for your vehicle a/c repairs, excellent service.
