We’ve been working with Kai-la at Tru Communications for over 11 years now and I have to say that she has always provided us with fantastic customer service, advice and products that suit are business.We have recently moved over to a VOIP system that has provided us with the flexibility to work remotely whilst not losing our connectivity with clients and colleagues. It has also saved us some money too! Kai-la has advised us throughout the changeover and the switch was seamless.Over the years, on the rare occasion when we have had an issue with phone lines, broadband or our telephone system, Kai-la has been ultra-responsive and has resolved the problem quickly and efficiently.I would highly recommend that you work with her.

Kai-la was extremely helpful - even providing updates outside of working hours. Had it not been for the slight delay on the delivery of the handset from the original supplier, this would have been a five star rating

Tru Communications have been amazing for all the years I have had my business land line with them. They keep you up to date by monthly curtesy calls. Very reasonable price and to finish off I am leaving my business but my contract isn’t finished until April 2021 and Kaila helped me out so much by diverting my land line to my personal number (as I’m going mobile and need to keep onto as many clients as possible.) Kaila agreed to end my contract when the last divert month has ended. So pleased to be leaving my business without another contract worry. Thankyou so much you’ve all been amazing x
