Alu-express

Made an order 13th SeptemberNovember 2nd still no delivery, no ETAMany broken promises.Wasted time waiting in for a promised delivery.Very very suspicious.Hope I'm proved wrong.2 doors ordered

We chose Alu-express as we liked their products in the brochure and the sales team were easy to deal with and as a bonus they were a small Welsh company. This is where the positives end.We were sent proofs of our doors which we approved and were told they would be with us from 5 to 8 weeks, obviously as you can see from other reviews, 8 weeks passed - as did many others. We chased and chased and chased and explained we have screed booked / plastering booked etc we needed the doors or would be financially out of pocket and they eventually arrived.Not only did the doors look NOTHING like the proofs, they were all AT LEAST 40mm too small in height and width, no adds on had been sent and the glass of the doors smashed on delivery. We called Alu-Express expecting them to be apologetic when then they realised their mistake and to offer to rectify it - this was not the case.The front door had a completely different handle to the proof and was a different grain and design - we were told that proofs are just to give you an idea?? We sent pictures to prove the measurements are wrong and you think that would be the end of the matter. It took WEEKS of chasing and chasing to finally get them to acknowledge their mistake and to agree a measly few hundred in compensation when we had already spent thousands there and incurred costs of delays and set backs on our project which they failed to acknowledge.The call centre is a joke - emails can not be accessed by them and you get the same stock phrase someone will call you back" - its hit or miss if they do - the only one who seems to do what she says she will do is Sophie

Faultless! Arrived 1 week early, excellent quality! My partner fitted them having not done it before, any questions we had were answered straight away. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family!!! Thank you!!!

Amazing products, top skilled lads

Atrocious communication. Offered installation dates; failing to turn up had to reschedule. Didn’t turn up again and again. It took 3 dates before they arrived. Very nice windows but service standards appalling especially Izzy. Doesn’t know what customer care is about even when going through extremely sad personal matters at home; she didn’t give a damn. The fitters were superb; very caring and did exactly what was asked and the windows are lovely but based on communication; customer service I would never recommend them again.

Amazing company. Supper quality. Everybody was top professional starting from the girls in the office the engineers and the delivery. Only can recommend them. Pure 100% positive experience.
