whilst I appreciate this is a small salon and I didn’t want to complain - waiting 40 minutes past my appointment time isn’t acceptable when I’m paying for a service. I wasn’t offered a drink nor a discount for waiting this time. I was sat in the chair for less than 15 minutes including having my hair washed. Wish I had just gone to supercuts and paid less to get my hair cut for a walk in appointment with the time I waited and service experienced.

Not recommended at all for men's cuts. Visited as a one off as my regular hairdresser was booked up. The cut was very rushed (took half the time of my regular hairdresser and costed more) and the quality was very bad. Scissor cut to length, no thinning, layering, or blending, so I have visible lines between hair lengths and it is growing out in a very odd shape! Stray strands of uncut hair left afterwards too. Avoid if I was you!!

Excellent service all round. All of the members of staff are very knowledgeable, not only about how the products they use work, but on how you can achieve such a great look at home. Both my partner and I are so pleased with our hair cuts/styles and even the products I bought home. I can not fault. Thank you Team Aspire!

Wonderful experience made to feel relaxed and at ease; friendly staff and always made to feel welcome service is second to none and similar prices to those in local town centre, I'm always a regular customer here, as the salon has never let me down and is always flexible

Definitely recommend this lovely salon for beauty treatments. I went for waxing. Everything was done perfectly and with professionalism. The added bonus is that Tracy is so sweet, funny and a lovely lady. Shame I don't live in the area.
