Extremely pleased with the service given by Brian Robson Coachworks They picked up my damaged car and delivered a curtesy car on the same day. The repair took two months but not due to their own fault as delivery of parts was the problem I was kept informed of progress on a regular basis When the parts eventually arrived the repair was completed quickly On completion the.car was delivered back to my home and the curtesy car was taken away. After a couple of days I realised that the Hybrid motifs were not replaced I rang Brian Robsons and spoke to Amanda who rang back immediately to say the motifs were there and they would fit them I suggested they send them to me and I would fit them as they are self adhesive. Altogether Amanda and her colleagues were very kind and obliging A pleasure to deal with

The car was collected on the day I reported the accident and then delivered back to me as soon the work was completed, Would definitely recommend!

Following an accident my car was taken to Brian Robson Coachworks to be fixed. From our very first interaction I was shown nothing but professionalism from every member of staff. Regular updates given throughout. Fantastic presentation of the unit and top notch customer service. My car was given back to me in an excellent condition and you can tell it had been well looked after and fixed to a high standard. Absolutely first class service from Brian Robson Coachworks. The rear of our car was badly damaged by a council bin lorry whilst parked. It has been returned to us like a brand new vehicle. We were kept informed throughout the process and they sorted out a replacement vehicle straightaway. The skill involved is second to none and I can't recommend them highly enough. Fantastic service!

My car got sent to Brian Robson by my insurer. Due to a couple of boring admin issues between the insurer and me, I had to mess Brian Robson about a little with dates and things.They were, without fail, one of the nicest companies I have ever dealt with. All the staff were friendly, and nothing was ever too much trouble. The car looks like new after their work.I hope never to have to use them again, but I would have no problem doing so or recommending them.

Used Brian Robson after somebody crashed into me. Sharon was very kind patient and went above and beyond she stayed in touch through out keeping us up to date. Such a lovely profession lady made the whole experience so much easier.The repair work was outstanding and look as good as new. Couldn’t recommend Brian Robson enough.

Really pleased with the quality of the work, and the pick up and drop off was really convenient. The repair took longer than expected and it's often impossible to get through on the phone but when you do the staff are very helpful. Faruq Iqbal in particular was brilliant. Thank you!
