Got a courtesy car that mutually could have been checked better. Anyway got billed for some scratches, though I barely drove it and couldn't remember how I could of possibly scratched it.Anyway Rameez called me up a couple of days later, explaining the fault was on their side and the garage they sent repairs to , did a cheap cover up job.Rameez at Hounslow Enterprise was excellent with customer service at all times and a credit to the Bath Road branch

Impeccable service from both Jagdeep and Kiki! I was lucky to be offered a car that was newly registered. I even extended my rental twice with them. Both times i just called and they promptly help me out with my requests within minutes. Will definitely book with them again!

Excellent service from Sriram and Rambo at Enterprise Hounslow. Our designated van wasn’t available because it was damaged but the guys found us a new one very quickly and took great care of us. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to hire a van or car.
