I visited this store with a diamond ring which I needed to be reset into another band. I was looked after by Louise and Sarah. Well I couldn’t have asked for a better service. They were brilliant. They helped me select the band and advised on the type of claws that were needed to support the diamond. The end result is a stunning diamond engagement ring. It took quite a while to do but well worth the wait. I feel as if I now have two new friends. Thank you Louise and Sarah.

I have collected my bespoke Diamond engagement and eternity ring recently and they have not disappointed. The service I have received from Louise all the way from coming in to discuss my initial thoughts to the end result of seeing these beautiful rings on my finger, has been excellent and her passion for matching fabulous jewellery to the right person is a skill in itself. My face has not stopped beaming with delight and I can not be any more happier with the rings......

Met Bradley initially at a wedding exhibition and we both felt more of a friend than a customer. I'm no expert when it comes to jewelry, particularly diamond wedding rings, but the staff were amazing at explaining how they are cut and what the best options were for us. Highly recommended.
