Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Hartlepool

Rented a car as I was in the area for 24 hours and was very happy with the service Aqib provided. He picked me up from the station and helped me with my bags. He was friendly, told me about the area and recommended places to go. He made sure I knew exactly what was expected of me in terms of the rental, and had me on my way in no time.

Used enterprise to move house this week. Booked the van for Tuesday. Unfortunately my move date got postponed until Friday. I rang enterprise and they adjusted my date for no extra cost with only a couple of hours notice. The van was perfect for my needs. I found I wasn't going to be finished in time for when the van needed to be back, a quick call to the guys at enterprise and they let me extend my hire until the next day, even price matched it to what I'd previously paid because the quote was coming up online as more expensive. Even took the extra day out of the deposit so it didn't cost any more. Didn't quibble with deposit return on returning the van, inventing dents ect like some cowboys do. Highly recommend these lads. They couldn't be more polite and helpful 10/10

Rented a van it was really clean inside and out the price was good as well did take the extra insurance it's worth it just in case you have a accident

Hired a car for a week. Good service service from making the booking. Sarah was extremely helpful when picking it up and the return was efficiently handled.

Hired a van for the day price is reasonable but just to let you know that insurance is added on when you register when you collect the vehicle. Staff at the Hartlepool branch were very helpful and friendly. Would use again.

Whilst I had a little problem with the on-line booking, once at the site, all was resolved quickly with polite and efficient expediency.Both my expectations and the actuality of the experience were exceeded.They are my goto resource when hiring cars or vans.Returning the vehicle was again a mirror image of the efficient system they run.

Friendly staff. A few things let them down, hence 4 stars, car reasonably clean, BUT one of the staff had to apologize due to a broken hoover :-( also it would have been nice for one of the staff to offer to explain the workings of the car, such as sat nav, gadgets etc etc, instead of expecting that I had full knowledge of it's workings..I ha never driven that make and model of car before, AND, I didn't want to or I shouldn't have wasted time going through the cars manual, but other than that, yeah. Pleased.
