Rather a strange experience to be honest. Drove 60 miles to attend a pre-booked appointment to view a nearly new car. We were met by the car cleaner who unlocked the car we wanted to view, but then would not leave us alone to look round the car. He just kept on and on about what he could and couldn't do in the sales process. He did seem rather annoyed when we pointed out the numerous issues with the nearly new car that included broken interior trim, missing aerial, sweets/crisps/empty plastic cups/chewing gum around the interior of the valeted" car

Excellent service given. The Mazda we bought is amazing and no pushy sales tactics. They even picked us up from the local train station. Would definitely recommend based on my experience.

Part-exchanging my old car for a nearly new replacement from IMG was smooth and easy. Staff were friendly and helpful, all paperwork managed by them hassle-free, and my new purchase, which I'm really delighted with, was very clean and ready to go when I picked it up a few days later.

The person who dealt with my car sale gave me the impression he couldn't be bothered. When I was due to pick up my car I couldn't go when I wanted to he said Saturday & Sunday afternoons are our busiest time and I don't want to lose a sale because of your handover". Shocking customer service! I wouldn't mind but the handover took 3 minutes at best."

They really do go the extra mile for their customers. I can not thank Peter, Alan and the team enough. They have restored my faith in car sales.After a stressful few months of motoring made worse by a different dealership.The team at IMG have shown us the true meaning of excellent customer service and compassion. Peter, Alan and the team have made our expirence of part ex our previous car a stress free one. Something I will be forever grateful for. I was told Peter can work miracles and he truly did.Along with excellent customer service. Listening to their customer and providing us with everything we asked. They may be as mad as a box of frogs but that also adds to the service. No pushy sales either.So if your looking for a new car please do pay them a visit you certainly won't regret it.

Brilliant too deal with , did whole transaction by email (except 1 phone call) had car delivered as was over 200 miles away. Trusted the 'high quality dealership' online rating, and couldn't be more pleased . We paid around £300 for delivery but saved over £2500 on prices where we lived and saved a stressful day of travelling . They paid the auto trader 'top trade in' price for our faithful old banger , so that saved us another lot of stress selling it private. We dealt with 'Alan' who was very patient since we work weird and crazy hours, and everything was so smooth and easy. We were delighted when the car turned up. A great overall experience .

Can’t thank the team, especially Alan, at IMG enough! I picked up my car yesterday and they have made the process of buying my first car so easy, which was such a relief. From the initial enquiry stage, right through to picking up my car, Alan was very informative and made everything so simple, he was always on hand for updates and to answer any questions I had.
