Just Tyres

No complaints, I ordered my tyres on line, booked a time, I was informed via email that the tyres I ordered were out of stock and was offered an alternative which I accepted. On fitting day the guys where friendly and efficient.

DAMAGE CAUSEDIf I could add 0 stars I would.We took my wife’s car to this company to have 2 front tyres changed. We came back to our car damaged in one of their parking bays. Stuart Griffin the head of customer services will not accept liability even though the car was on their property and parked by their staff. The car was either driven into a bollard (which we suspect as the damage reflects the same height and colour) or they’ve hit another car, alternatively another vehicle has driven into it. Either way, it was on their premises under their care. Our insurance company have advised we seek legal advice from the police for criminal damage or negligence whilst within Just For Tyres care.I’m shocked by the level of customer service.

Very good service. New tyre fitted in less than 20 minutes.

Paid for 2 new tyres and for the tracking to be done. Tyres were fine. Had my alloys refurbed 3 days before and one got damaged during the tyre being fitting and nothing said. Also tracking was not done but charged for. I've had another mechanic confirm this was not done. Will not be going back.

Just don't bother because they don't either.Also check your wheel nuts before you leave. I've had to take the car elsewhere to correct the wheel alignment and get the balancing done properly as it was really vibrating. Apparently, one wheel had too many weights on it and one wheel hadn't been removed at all!!

Great guys working there that help out with their expertise. Would come again for any tyre related services. Highly recommend.

I booked online - arrived 10 minutes before my booking time.No one was at the desk, 2 guys in the garage area.I was left just sitting around waiting.20 minutes went by, and I walked into the garage area. Explained to the guy I had a booking, he said they were busy! However, my tyres will get done soon. Took 30 minutes from my appointment time! Done in 10 minutes.WHERE HAS GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE GONE?

Had a tyre fitted to my quashqi today 24 Nov great At forgewood .service and staff really helpfull thanks will used them again.
