This tip is brilliant. Its well run, the staff are super helpful particularly Gabs and Sharon, its clean and tidy and a pleasure to visit. I moved to the area around 8 years ago and have never been to a better tip. In my 8 years of using them, i've never had any problems there at all, even during covid. I would recommend this tip to anyone in the local area.

Always able to get rid of my junk here with minimal fuss, brings a new meaning to don't take things for granted".... Without this place you'd be seeing things left all over Luton...I always make a point to thank the staff

After queuing for 30 mins before gates opened, I was in within 20 minutes. Once in, staff were friendly and knowledgeable on where all waste had to be deposited.All in all, a good and trusted site to visit.

The staff are really friendly, helpful and polite, unlike the horrid staff at the other recycling centre in Luton. Would recommend this tip to anyone. And when it describes itself as a 'tidy' tip, it really is tidy. Well done folks who run this important public service.

Extremely unhelpful!!!!I have been three times in the last couple of weeks, being a lone woman with heavy items you would think the staff might help you but no!! They are far to busy rifling through bags of rubbish people have bought in, so they can sell the stuff on. None of the staff can speak English, it seems that once again Luton Council have sold out to the lowest bidder with no thought or care for the General public.

Says open however on driving through gates a barrier has been placed across stopping cars entering. Can’t turn around to leave as cars backing up. Thought I’d take rubbish in my dinner break - no sign of anyone so not sure what’s happened. Says it’s open - very disappointing.

I can see why people fly tip to be honest, after visiting the tip we were pointed at, talked about and one ginger rather heavy built guy would tell us not to put wood in the wood skip because it has a bit of plastic attached. I’m sorry ginge but should I remove the nails and screws to put in the metal skip too???Very unhelpful and extremely rude, but why am I not surprised? It’s Luton, everyone seems to act thuggish, even the ones who should be home scoffing on doughnuts whilst playing their XBOX.Complete jobs worths. You’re dealing with rubbish not the queen so get over yourselves!!!!
