My teenage son, who is very active with his sports, started experiencing a niggling pain around his groin area about 18 months ago. We spent a couple of months trying to manage the issue by just giving him a rest but it didn't work. We visited a couple of physios and their recommendations did not work either. Frustration started setting in with my son after months of him being unable to compete to his usual standards. Then a parent at my son's football team recommended Redrock and Kieran. I kid you not when I say both my son and I were highly impressed with his explanation of the cause of the issue at the Initial Assessment session. My son followed all Kieran's instructions and he was back playing sports without any pain in a couple of months. We still see Kieran (less frequently now) to continue strengthening certain muscle areas and improve flexibility.

Kieran is a superstar. He is a excellent physiotherapist. He really took the time to assess my issue, taking a holistic approach. His tenacity and determination to seek the root cause of the issue meant that we swiftly referred me to a consultant. His view was correct. I had corrective surgery, and Kieran assisted me to regain full, pain free mobility. He gave me a clear (and achievable) exercise plan that was complemented by the manipulation and massage that he performed. I recommend Kieran! Thank you.

I cannot recommend Kieran enough. I visited Kieran for problems with my hip and am now pain free. Not only did he fix the problem, he has helped me to understand what I need to do to prevent injuring myself in the future. Highly recommend Kieran who helped fix my frozen shoulder. I was also very anxious about needing a steroid injection however he made me feel at ease and recommended a great consultant.
