Unfriendly staff- the card reader wasn’t working but met by hostility (Laura) and made to feel like petty thief as I was called back into store. This individual needs customer service training. Unpleasant.

Car wash ( NEVER IN USE) called in again today at 1:30pm and the bloody thing as traffic comes in front of entrance-same yesterday…don’t know why it has a car wash plus it’s double the price as the Bp car wash on Roundhay Road??? Is it a post code thing? Surly it’s the same soap & water there using?? WEIRD!

I had the worst day today and found myself abit stuck. Im not sure why there are so many negative reviews as i can honestly say Debbie has restored my faith in humanity. What a friendly caring lady she is, Bp you need to look after this lady her customer service was not only amazing but she treated me like a person and understood my situation. Thankyou debbie

The facilities are clean and it has a good range of products. The staff always friendly. As the productas are mostly M&S they are of a decent quality.Few annoyances are:I've consistently been charged for incorrect items numerous times. I should learn to check the receipt but the nature of using this convenience is you are usually in a rush.I once had a winning lotto ticket (small value) rendered void by the staff due to machine issues."Numerous times my BP app/card wasn't actually scanned correctly
