I had mixed emotions about sending my son to this school now i wished i hadnt . They kept my son behind 25 minute after school with out informing me ( because they dont have to) because he got 5.5 out of 10 on his spanish spellings yet the other spanish teacher didnt do this with his class

All my kids have been here the older ones that are 20 and 23 had a good school life . My 2 younger children who are 11 and 13 have had the worst school time ever..... my daughter who has not settled in the school has made no friends got attacked in school by another student and her friends . She got punched at least 10 times and the attempted to throw her down the stairs. When I contacted the school tgey told me they will look into it when tgey did and tgey even had cctv footage not a single thing was done ...... I was livid even try to get other help from Ofsted but up till now nothing was done. My son has been excluded at least 7 times for acting a clown .... Now I no that is not right to to keep excluding for tgat but u can attack kids and have no punishment is a joke......

Been here from year 7 to year 11 and I must say I hated it immensely at first but by the end.... I still hated it but not as strongly. Most teachers do their job really well there. My only quarrels are the strict rules and the behaviour of the students but I believe that could change overtime. Only time will tell.

I think this school really needs to look at the school policy again!Children being punished for no fault of their own.Children being put in isolation because of wrong footwear (through no fault of their own) even though they have a letter to state the parents reasons.A school that are happy to see a child get bullied, making them wear shoes with holes in rather then Letting them wear alternative footwear (same colour may I add) because of school policy!A school that give children anxiety problems because of school policy!By the way this is a school. A school that are supposed to encourage children to be imaginative and creative!Make your mind up! Do you want children to flourish or do you want to teach them with a rod of iron?

Worst school ever... Very insensitive with disabled people, poorly kids, and they cover up and not tell the truth, lots of self harming and attempted suicides there as well as prison rules and ridiculous fines even attending funerals..below average ratings makes them push attendance ridiculously uncaringly..list objectives...

Excellent facilities at this school. Attended a important weekend event last Sat.

1)Good classroom learning environment.The school has discipline and order therefore the pupils can learn more and they work well. 2) This shows that management must have the right thinking and implementing values of respect in the school.

Gets a bit of bad press, but all my kids have been, or are, here and are excelling. Teachers are approachable, and have gone out if their way to help.

I thought this was a school not a prison ridiculous rules doesn't matter if you break a rule with a good reason all they say is detention for being 2 minutes late due to circumstances out of our control. I can't see my daughter being at this school much longer and the truant officer chasing me like I murdered someone cos my daughter was off school with toothache and I forgot to ring one day. I don't answer to you and I don't have to prove nothing try giving me a fine good luck getting it. Also p.e teacher gives them 2 minutes to get changed then get a detention for being late for the next lesson. My child came home starving when I asked why she said she had to use a plastic fork cos there was none left and it kept snapping so she couldn't eat her dinner absolutely ridiculous I bet offsted didn't see those things happening.
