Stopped in for an all you can eat breakfast with work colleagues before we drove back to Manchester.We were greeted by a very helpful lady who politely explained the self service procedure and shown us where everything could be found.The cheerful cook had prepared some of the best breakfast foods we've had, and made us all feel like our mum was serving us breakfast she was that kind.The food was delicious and set us up for the long drive home.

All you can eat breakfast for 9.99 with tea and coffee the food was fresh and hot and very tasty,toater on the side with option of white or brown bread also pancakes to to pop in the toaster tou can chose to have a continental breakfast there are fresh baked pastries avaliable to it gets busy so id book in advance online to guarantee a place

Weve been coming here since it opened (years). When it first opened, we loved everything. In recent years, we felt the food quality and consistency of cooking had been deteriorating (e.g. medium rare steak being well done and chewy with gristle and a kids pasta being filled with water). It got so poor, in our opinion, that we significantly decreased our visits. It should be said that, during this time, the service from staff has always been great with only one exception.Now for tonight.... wow.It started great with the usual friendly greeting and service. The waitresses got straight to work on making our little girls feel welcomed and special. Our selected waitress served us with a smile despite being in clear pain from a bad back. Kudos to her for that. Mid way through our meal, she was replaced with a young kindly lad who continued the great service. Well done to front of house.On to the food... what an amazing turnaround. Every item, right down to the children's meals, were cooked to perfection. I loved my steak. Perfect medium rare. The prawns were significantly upgraded the skinny fries and sweet potato fries all fantastic.Amazing experience and good value. Well done to all the team, long may it continue.All served with a smile. We will be back again!

Came as a group of 4 friends, service was really slow every time asked for a drink took 20 minutes, the food was terrible all my group of friends didn’t like their food said was horrible tasteless. I had a chicken and ribs combo the chicken was like rubber and the ribs where really dry and tasteless, the deserts took half an hour to come and they messed that up but luckily they gave them for free which we appreciated, the waitress twice waked by me I said excuse me twice to ask for a drink but she ignored me she clearly heard me as soon as I said to to my friends well she’s not getting a tip she soon came over. What an awful place will not be returning anytime soon. And as for the toilets they in awful state they have a sign up state when they are cleaned and not any staff signed it so they clearly don’t get checked!!!

Under new management apparently. We got there for 5.30pm. So we did not have to wait too long. It got very busy quickly. The 3 (young) serving staff worked very hard. The woman walking about clapping her hands and saying come on" didn't seem to do anything else! Food was mostly good. Not impressed with the starter's my grandfather's had. From the kid's menu

I ordered the veggie burger, which came with fries and coleslaw, and I was really surprised by how small the portion was for the price. The burger was pretty small and there was only a handful of fries. It was nice enough, but not worth the amount being charged. They were also out of quite a few things on the menu, in spite of it being pretty quiet and the service was very slow. One of the waiting staff was lovely, but the others seemed like they'd rather be elsewhere, it was hard to get anyone's attention and it took about 20 minutes to pay the bill. All in all, a distinctly average experience for an above average price tag. I wouldn't go back.

Went for a family lunch and was torn with how many stars to give. It wasn’t a late lunch and it wasn’t that busy but there was only 1 person doing all the seating, orders, delivering food, clearing tables and doing the bills and she definitely needed some help. There was a lot missing from the menu including not having any burgers!! The food when it came was nice but the starters sat on the pass for over 5 minutes whilst the waitress was running around. I would return but would ask if everything is on the menu as we weren’t told that till we were ready to order by which time we had chosen items not available!!

Went for a birthday party. Children menus were good value for money. Very clean premises, clean toilets. Spacious. Reserved table was ready when we arrived.Food was very good, freshly cooked. Modern kitchen.Service was a bit slow, burgers were sitting for solid 5 min and no one was picking them up to serve them (I sat in front of the kitchen). There were missing ingredients/specific dishes (no caprisun, no pancakes, no nachos, no cream).Overall very recommendable
