Only spent one night there but it will forever be in my thoughts.Such lovely grounds surrounding the house. House felt dated when I first arrived but after a few hours the character of the house started to shine and I realised all the dated" items wl felt more homely and they helped create a welcoming feeling."

Shiel at Rumbling Bridge
We had a delightful time, the place is amazing and well taking care of. It's clean and the kitchen ware is more than what you need. Trust me if you need any thing, Rebbeca will provide it in no time. The view from the sunroom is mesmerizing, and the walks around the house are refreshing. We will definitely go there again and again.

Just returned from a fantastic weekend at Shiel House. Really lovely place, the house, gardens and overall setting were absolutely perfect and we couldn't have wished for better. Definitely one to come back to.
