I had my services yesterday. I had waxing and manicure, threading and foot massage.The lady was late she didn't apologise we started the treatment she had no towels or anything I had use my own which is ok. The waxing was good I was happy with everything.Then she started doing my manicure and it was so horrible she had no towel again she didn't ask me for one I offered still the sofa got messed up because the nails were everywhere honestly she was filthy. She was collecting the nails in her hands. Then the manicure was not done properly she cut me on four fingers she didn't think to disinfect it.She asked to pick a colour and a colour palet was so sticky falling apart. She dropped few drops of paint on the floor. She didn't cut cuticular and cut my nails so short that it's still paining and she doesn't know how to paint eaither.I told the lady she said she will issue the refund because I refused to continue with the rest of the treatments Let's see if they will. Hopefully they are not scammers.WILL NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!

Had a lovely professional massage and pedicure. Communication between me and and the beautician was great, looking forward to my next appointment.

I had a wicked full body massage. I was worried about being a male and having a female masseuses coming to my house seeming creepy. However it was very professional, Katrina made me feel at ease and had good conversation through out. Ill deffo book another!

First time using a home beauty service. I have just completed my micro needling course and a manicure & pedicure with a beaution called Katrina.. I loved the finishing result. The service and communication was great, she was lovely, always on time with the appropriate equipment and very professional.. she will be my new beaution.. Thank you Katrina see you soon!

Booked a home pamper party for my NCT group last week. All of us loved it. Was able to get our nails done whilst looking after our babies!

Absolutely shocking service. She used a dirty towel to do my facial. You could see it was used multiple times. I paid £40 for a facial that was neither sanitary or anything special. She didn’t wash her hands once before touching my face. She used the same dirty water in a bowl to repeatedly wipe my face. When it came to the brow threading, I was shocked. Beauticians normally have you laying down so they can see both your brows and make them symmetrical. She rushed them, barely cleaned them up, there was no brow scissors to further groom my brows and she did no aftercare. My brows were stinging and I paid £10 for this. I pay £5 at my normal beauty salon and they offer aloe Vera and clean my face up after. Not to mention she cut my skin multiple times. I do not recommend at ALL

Not a good experience at all;I booked a mani, pedi and eye brow threading .Katerina cut off More hair on the front part of my eyebrow ( which now I have to use a pen to cover it up )She cut my finger nails so short ( haven't had this this short for 15 years) used a raisor on my feet.

I wish I had read the earlier review before booking an appointment. I booked an appointment, money was taken directly from my account, and then I was sent an email explaining my appointment was cancelled, with no mention of when/if I would be reimbursed. Very Unprofessional and upsetting in these Covid-19 times.

Booked a spa day for my mum for Mothers day. Katrina was really professional and polite. She truly catered to the needs of my mother who is a 69year old and suffers from body aches and muscle tension. Excellent service! Much recommended to enjoy from the comfort of your home.

A rather poor service which I will not be using again. Here are the reasons why:1. The therapist arrived 15 minutes late with no apology or explanation. Which was weird because I saw her sitting in her car outside my flat at least 15 minutes BEFORE my appointment time.2. She was quite scruffy which isn’t a crime but when you’re a beauty therapist I expect good grooming as a minimum.3. I was booked in for a gel removal, gel manicure and brow thread. After the gel removal she started removing my cuticles without a soak. I asked if she was going to soak them and she said that wasn’t done with a gel manicure. I have never, ever had a mani without a soak to soften the cuticles for removal which makes sense because the cuticle removal was quite uncomfortable when she did them.4. I had to ask her to do parts of my cuticles again because the removal was quite poor initially.5. The polish application was quite poor, particularly on my right hand, and I am left with a rather patchy appearance on 3 fingers without a nice glossy finish.6. For my eyebrow thread, she had neither brow scissors or precision tweezers. Not even a small mirror. This is the MOST BASIC kit for a brow service and it was shockingly amateurish to turn up without them.7. At no point before, during or after my treatments did the therapist wash or disinfect her hands. Basic hygiene is a must if you are doing this kind of work and it was completely absent on this occasion.I am happy to pay for at-home services but I expect a certain level of professional service and skill. At home beauty unfortunately did not provide this.
