Mark has completed various fixes for me for the past few years. Recently completing a rebuild of my laptop - taking it from very slow (almost useless) to super quick - better than when new. What's great about him is that he completely tolerates people like me who are totally ignorant with regards PCs and techy stuff and keeps things very simple, understandable, and doesn't make you feel like you're an idiot at all! What's more, when he says he'll do a job, he does it - right on time. Totally recommend, lovely man
