I needed a spare key for my Mercedes car simply to gain access to the drivers door and boot if my electronic key failed. Paul was able to provide me with exactly the right key at a good price and was able to obtain the correct specification required online. Very knowledgable and a great service.

True craftsman .At a very reasonable price ,Paul made from scratch A replacement to the missing key of the cabinet lock(s) to finish off my latest furniture restoration project .A German piece ,around a 120 years old , 4 lever with an unique barrel pin design ! Not only did it fit perfectly to the lock I left with him he took the trouble to explain me how to do the minor filing adjustments to ensure that the key(s) will fit the other three lock units on the cabinet . Success for all of them ! Highly recommended and thank you .

Extremely professional service. They respond to emails within 30 minutes, very polite and helpful. The guy (unfortunately I can’t remember the name) that came over to change the locks was on time. He was very knowledgeable and also fixed the malfunctioning garden door. Absolutely recommend them!

Thanks for great support, reassurance and helpful advice when I was struggling with access to my new home. All dodgy keys have been replaced without any fuss, my problems are solved. Excellent service from Paul Gill. I had quite a thorny problem but Paul was dogged in his determination to overcome it. Best of all I got 4 keys for the price of 2 and I have no hesitation in recommending this business wholeheartedly. I intend to use them for all my future security and lock issues.
