Booked in for 9am but was still waiting at 10.40 am so ended up leaving no one informed us when we got there that there were lots of staff off that day when we arrived ended up going eles where kwik fit east Prescot rd who where great dropped in after a phone call fitted us in even explained as they went along what was happening

I am a taxi driver and for every hour I'm off the road, I'm losing wages. Over the August Bank Holiday weekend I lost all my work due to my engine management light coming on. I called around 11 different places and no one would even look at it until Wednesday onwards. All I needed was a diagnostic which takes 5 minutes to see what the problem was. As time is money in my job this was stressful. The last place I called was here, and Jason was so helpful, got me in on the bank Holiday Monday and had me back on the road working in 10 minutes, it's hard to find genuine people who are simply there to help you, he is and I'll be using this place from now on.

Hard working and friendly people working here. Informative and patient in explaining issues with your vehicle, also honest in admitting when something is beyond their scope. Managed to get my car fixed at short notice after failing its MOT.Very happy with the customer service I received and will be bringing my car and DS back for any future repairs and servicing I need!

I had an appointment at 12:30 to get the tracking done on my car which is a 10 mins job. 5hrs later still not done. I popped in cause they shut 6 and surprisingly they said your car is ready to be collected.I didn’t comment or ask why has nobody called so I can come and collect it in the first place but it’s ok happy days my tracking got sorted after 5hrs wait.Few seconds on the road the car is swerving even worse.I went back to the garage and was told it’s been done when I pointed out that nothing was done to my car.Someone in there put my car on the computer to see how off the track it was as nothing been done in the first place after charging me for it!Apart from the workers smoking inside right next to the hazard signs and the unprofessionalism from the workers. I don’t recommend this place to anyone especially if you’re a new driver on the road.I’ll take this further however I just wanted to let everyone know about my experience.One star is too much to give

Just avoid - car never moved for a day it was there. Manager and area rep covered up.Again it was booked in for tracking something that another reviewer as left negative feedback on.Unless you're markets with the lads avoid (they will happily fit their mates in delaying people who pre-booked appointments in advance)
