I bought the Hapro proline sunbed and was told to my supprise it could be delivered the following day, were given a delivery time and it was kept to.The sunbed was set up with professional competency and relative speed , with courtesy and politeness,It was all explained clearly to us both then all wrapping was taken so nothing left behind. If Carlsberg sold sunbeds they could take a leaf out of Sun and Health Intrnationals book .

I rented a UVB sunbed for Psoriasis phototherapy treatment at home. Delivery was quick and on time, the delivery driver was also lovely and super helpful. Customer service was excellent and the whole team have been really supportive throughout treatment. I’m into week five now and the results are amazing!I don’t know what I would have done if I hadn’t found sun and health. The UVB bed has literally changed my life!Thank you team Sun and Health x

Currently waiting for sun and health international to refund a £2207 deposit that was paid for sunbeds, after over 10 days of no contact, not returning phone calls or emails i assumed I was scammed, went through proper channels and reported them to the bank, Action Fraud and now in process of small claims court, to get money back.If your looking for someone whos going to take your money, not arrange delivery then refuse to pay your deposit back - then these are the guys for you, avoid them like the plague and go elsewhere.

HAPRO TOPAZ 24 CGot to say, excellent advice and service from the start, not much chance of a family holiday abroad this year so decided to go for a sunbed at home. Unit was a bit bigger than expected but delivery guys were great and installed it with very little fuss, full demonstration given (including Health and safety).Unit certainly has the look of a quality item and works well. Sun and health have assured us of a complete after sales back up service for peace of mind company is also on my doorstep which helps. Its a big investment but I am confident it will be a benefit.

Ordered a sunbed end of February I understand during lockdown everyone had same idea so at first I understood how busy they were over two months later still no sun bed and you have contact them the lack of customer service shocking. Cancelled order requested refund to then the next day on a evening have them ringing and texting off my phone saying can bring bed within the hour. Not professional at all happy to take money but not actually give the product to customer that paid for or even give that service you shouldn’t have to chase something you have paid over a £1,000 for.Don’t take customers money if you can’t provide goods and learn what customer service is.

I ordered a UVB Canopy for my Psoriasis for £2,399 and was told 2 weeks for delivery. 2 weeks came and went. No delivery and no update on status. Called them and asked and rhey fobbed me off saying it would be next week. Went on for 3 weeks and had to get my money back via section 75. Avoid at all costs. Happy to take your money but not send goods. What kind of business are you running?

Just had to get a refund for my order that I made 4 weeks ago. Was told delivery was 3 weeks, no contact or update on my order have had to make dozens of calls despite being fobbed off with promises of call backs none of which ever materialised. Worst customer service ever experienced, happy to take my money without giving over the goods and rude when asking for updates on my purchase. AVOID.

Ordered my Harvia Radiant Sauna and within a week Gary and Tom arrived at my door with my new sauna. They had travelled all the way from The Midlands to Giffnock, Glasgow.They were on time and proceeded to build up the Sauna at my chosen location.They were both polite and professional and I absolutely love the sauna.I have used it twice so far and I feel like I am on an exotic holiday each time I use it.But seriously it is how well you feel after the sauna it makes you feel great.I picked the single sauna due to available space plus the fact I am the only person using it.The double sauna is a foot wider i think.This is the second time I have used Sun and Health as I had already purchased a sun canopy from them and got a great service for that as well.I would highly recommend Sun and health and ask for Gary and he will getthings organised for you.Thanks again. !!!!
